Rural Sales Manager
About the Role
SelfCrops is expanding its rural distribution network across Tirupati, Chittoor, Kadapa, and Kurnool districts. We need a Rural Sales Manager to lead a team of field sales executives and build a market-leading distribution network. Key Responsibilities: • Recruit, train, and manage a team of 10–15 Agri Sales Executives across the territory • Set and track monthly sales targets per executive and per product category • Build and expand distributor, dealer, and retailer network in assigned geography • Conduct regular market visits, beat plans, and competitor analysis • Implement trade promotions, dealer incentive programmes, and farmer schemes • Report weekly sales data, market feedback, and team performance to leadership
Requirements
• B.Sc Agriculture or any graduate with 5–8 years in agri sales, seeds, or FMCG • 2+ years in a team leadership or territory management role • Strong dealer and distributor network in Tirupati/Chittoor/Kadapa region preferred • Result-oriented with proven track record of achieving sales targets • Own vehicle and Telugu language proficiency essential
