Agri Sales Executive
About the Role
SelfCrops is looking for an Agri Sales Executive to drive on-ground sales of agricultural inputs — seeds, fertilizers, crop protection — to dealers, retailers, and farmers in the Tirupati region. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain a network of agri dealers and retailers across assigned territory • Achieve monthly sales targets for seeds, fertilizers, and agri-chemicals • Conduct farmer meetings and product demonstrations in villages • Collect market intelligence on competitor products and pricing • Handle order processing, collections, and customer grievances • Report daily field activities via CRM
Requirements
• B.Sc Agriculture or any graduate with agri sales experience • 1–3 years in agri input sales (seeds, fertilizers, crop protection) • Strong dealer relationship management skills • Target-driven with willingness to travel extensively in rural areas • Telugu proficiency essential; basic English for reporting
