Agri Product Manager
About the Role
SelfCrops is building the next generation of digital tools for farmers and agri-businesses. We need a Product Manager who understands the agriculture domain deeply and can translate farmer pain points into product features. Key Responsibilities: • Own the product roadmap for SelfCrops farmer app and web platform • Conduct farmer interviews, field visits, and usability studies to drive product decisions • Write detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories • Collaborate with engineering, design, and agronomy teams on feature delivery • Define success metrics and monitor product KPIs post-launch • Prioritise the backlog based on farmer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
Requirements
• MBA or B.Tech with 4–7 years in product management, preferably in agritech or rural tech • Deep understanding of Indian farmer challenges, rural mobile usage patterns • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product tools (Jira, Figma, Mixpanel) • Strong analytical skills — ability to use data to make product decisions • Telugu proficiency a strong advantage for farmer-facing product understanding
