Agri Finance & Credit Analyst
About the Role
SelfCrops facilitates agricultural credit access for farmers through partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and NABARD. We need an Agri Finance Analyst to assess farmer credit profiles, connect them to schemes, and manage our agri-loan partnership operations. Key Responsibilities: • Assess farmer income, land holdings, crop history, and credit worthiness for input credit and loans • Guide farmers through Kisan Credit Card (KCC), PM-KISAN, and crop insurance scheme enrollment • Coordinate with bank partners and NBFCs for disbursement and collection • Build and maintain a farmer credit database with repayment tracking • Prepare credit risk reports and portfolio performance dashboards • Identify farmers eligible for government subsidy programmes and facilitate applications
Requirements
• MBA Finance, B.Com, or B.Sc Agriculture with banking/agri-finance experience • 2–5 years in agricultural lending, microfinance, or rural banking (SFB/NBFC/cooperative bank) • Knowledge of KCC, NABARD refinance products, PM-KISAN, and crop insurance schemes • Strong Excel/data analysis skills for portfolio tracking • Telugu proficiency for farmer-facing communication
