Agri E-Commerce & Marketplace Executive
About the Role
SelfCrops runs an online agri-input marketplace for farmers to purchase seeds, fertilizers, crop protection, and farm equipment at fair prices. We need an E-Commerce Executive to manage product listings, vendor partnerships, and marketplace operations. Key Responsibilities: • Onboard and manage agri-input suppliers and manufacturers on the SelfCrops marketplace • Maintain accurate product catalogues — descriptions, pricing, stock levels, images • Monitor competitive pricing and recommend pricing adjustments • Coordinate with logistics teams for last-mile delivery to farmers • Handle customer disputes, returns, and quality complaints • Run promotional campaigns — seasonal discounts, bundle offers, flash sales
Requirements
• Graduate with 2–4 years in e-commerce operations, agri retail, or marketplace management • Understanding of agri-input products — seeds, fertilizers, agrochemicals, equipment • Experience with marketplace tools (Unicommerce, Browntape, Fynd) preferred • Strong vendor relationship and negotiation skills • Proficiency in Telugu for farmer-facing communication
