Java Developer
About the Role
NuSummit is hiring a Java Developer to build microservices-based enterprise applications for leading clients across BFSI, telecom, and technology sectors. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot • Implement data persistence layers using Hibernate/JPA with relational databases • Collaborate with solution architects to design scalable backend systems • Write unit and integration tests and maintain code quality through code reviews • Participate in Agile sprints and contribute to technical documentation • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues • Work across the full SDLC from requirements to deployment About NuSummit: NuSummit delivers enterprise Java solutions to marquee clients, helping them modernize legacy systems and build cloud-native platforms.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience: • 3+ years experience with Java 8/11+ in enterprise environments • Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security • Proficiency with Hibernate/JPA and relational databases (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL) • Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture • Understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles • Familiarity with Maven/Gradle build tools and Git • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
