About the Role
NuSummit is hiring a .NET Lead to drive technical delivery, lead a team of developers, and own the architecture of enterprise .NET applications. Key Responsibilities: • Lead a team of 4–8 .NET developers, conducting code reviews and guiding technical decisions • Own end-to-end delivery of .NET Core-based enterprise applications and microservices • Architect and design scalable .NET solutions aligned to client business requirements • Define coding standards, best practices, and technical documentation for the team • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and client stakeholders • Drive technical hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of team members • Participate in pre-sales and solution design activities with the NuSummit leadership team About NuSummit: NuSummit builds high-impact .NET solutions for BFSI, healthcare, and logistics clients. The .NET Lead role offers a direct path into solution architecture and delivery management.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience: • 6+ years professional .NET development with 2+ years in a lead or senior role • Expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, and microservices patterns • Strong SQL Server skills including stored procedures, query tuning, and schema design • Experience leading small-to-mid development teams end-to-end • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery practices • Architecture knowledge: CQRS, Event Sourcing, DDD, or similar patterns preferred • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
