AWS L3 Professional
About the Role
NuSummit is hiring an AWS L3 Professional to handle complex cloud escalations and infrastructure automation for enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities: • Provide L3 support for critical AWS infrastructure outages and complex technical issues • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive long-term remediation strategies • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using CloudFormation and Terraform • Design and implement IAM policies, security groups, and compliance controls • Manage EC2 fleets, S3 lifecycle policies, VPC configurations, and RDS instances • Collaborate with L1/L2 teams to build runbooks and escalation procedures • Drive cost optimization through Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and rightsizing About NuSummit: NuSummit's cloud operations team supports 24x7 enterprise AWS environments with a commitment to high availability and security.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience: • 4+ years managing complex AWS environments in a production setting • Deep expertise in core AWS services: EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, CloudFormation, IAM, ELB • Hands-on with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code • Strong understanding of AWS security services: GuardDuty, Config, CloudTrail, Security Hub • AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional certification preferred • Experience with incident management, RCA, and post-mortem processes • Scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation tasks
