Automation A360 RPA Support
About the Role
NuSummit is seeking an Automation A360 RPA Support specialist to deploy, manage, and optimize intelligent RPA bots for enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities: • Deploy and support RPA bots built on Automation Anywhere A360 platform • Monitor bot execution queues, resolve failures, and maintain bot availability • Work with business analysts and developers to identify automation opportunities • Configure and manage Bot Insight dashboards for performance tracking • Develop and maintain bot documentation, runbooks, and change requests • Perform bot upgrades, migrations, and version management • Provide L2 support for RPA infrastructure and bot-related incidents About NuSummit: NuSummit's automation practice delivers intelligent process automation solutions to banking, insurance, and shared services clients.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience: • 2+ years experience with Automation Anywhere A360 or A2019 • Hands-on bot development and support using AA A360 platform • Experience with Bot Insight reporting and analytics • Understanding of Control Room administration and user management • Knowledge of process analysis and automation feasibility assessment • Automation Anywhere Certified RPA Associate (ACRPA) preferred • Basic SQL and API integration knowledge for bot development
